Weekend Notes | Nº 5

It’s been a minute since I’ve done Weekend Notes so I thought I would really make this one worth while. About a month ago, my ENTIRE family on my mom’s side went down to Florida for a week to celebrate SO many things. My Oma’s 80th birthday, Samantha’s birthday, a belated birthday for Ryan, the upcoming birthday of my uncle, and my grandparent’s 60th wedding anniversary! It was a big vacation! And so, we all flew down there, over the course of about a week we trickled in and the forecast did not look good. Apparently there was a tropical storm depression that was going to happen right during our beach vacation!

Well, as you can tell, it didn’t downpour much when we were there! Somehow the forecast that literally said 90% chance of precipitation every single day changed so that we only were rained out 1 day, and that was before Ryan and Samantha even got there so it didn’t even matter! It was absolutely wonderful. I laid out every single day, read 2 books while I was there, and it was glorious. We stayed on St Petersburg Beach, at the Don Cesar Beach Suites and we couldn’t have asked for a better week to be there. And of course, in typical Berzins fashion we had to have a little photoshoot down there. So enjoy our family photos!
